A1 Earthworx (formally Pat Pilley Earthmoving) was started in 1980 by Pat and Vicki Pilley who established the family owned and operated business through recognised hard work, dedication and honesty.
In 1980, Pat purchased his first bulldozer and the gradual growth of the business and machinery fleet of today’s 100+ machines commenced.
From small beginnings, Pat claimed his position as one of the hardest working, most knowledgeable, reliable and customer focussed earthmoving operations in Mudgee and later beyond – traits which remain the foundation of the business today.
Pat and his wife Vicki’s family grew up within the business. Sons Chris and Dustin and daughter Vinesa have all been a part of A1’s growth and success.
In 2016 Chris and Vinesa officially took the reins with Pat and Vicki enjoying more of an advisory and supportive role.
The history and reputation on which the business has grown is a vital part of their success and the Pilley family are grateful for all of the support and lifelong customers, friends and family who have joined them on their continuing journey.
