A1 Earthworx is deeply rooted in our NSW communities, actively supporting local initiatives, development and causes. We engage in various community activities and sponsor local organisations that align with our business values.
Our contributions extend to initiatives like Little Wings, Wings 4 Kids, Starlight Children’s Foundation and Dolly’s Dream. We are proud to support numerous causes, reflecting our commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
Below are just a few of the causes we’ve supported over the many decades we’ve operated for.
Maas Group was a sponsor of the Raise the Wings Dubbo Dinner, supporting Little Wings, a charity providing free flights and ground transport for seriously ill children and their families.
As our national charity of choice in FY25, Maas supported Dolly’s Dream to help young people and their families affected by bullying, anxiety, depression and youth suicide.
Our General Manager, Chris Pilley and his family and his family participated in “The Late Mail” postie bike ride, travelling 2300km from Rylstone to Mudgee, via Jindabyne and Tumbarumba. Thanks to their dedication, an incredible $425,000 was raised to help Wings4Kidz continue providing free flights for seriously ill children, ensuring families can stay together during treatment.
Maas Group supports the Starlight Children’s Foundation Christmas Drive, helping bring joy and hope to seriously ill children and their families during the festive season, collecting christmas presents at our starlight Christmas trees in all our major hubs for sick kids and families in need. Starlight has been brightening the lives of sick kids for over 30 years through programs that provide fun, distraction, and emotional support during hospital stays.
Beyond supporting these worthwhile causes which help strengthen and connect our community, our team has been involved in supporting various other NSW based organisations and charities. Over the years, we’ve contributed to initiatives such as Life Skills, Can Assist, Can Cruise, Cudgegong Cruisers, Liam’s Ride, Movember, Rotary Club of Mudgee, The Windeyer Big Day Out, The Lions Club of Mudgee, Mudgee Hospital Auxiliary, Mudgee Nursing Home, Barnardos Australia (Mudgee), Pioneer House, Riding for the Disabled (Mudgee), PCYC, Pink Up (Mudgee) and Friends of Lifeskills (Mudgee). Whether it’s funding vital services, backing local events, or lending a hand to organisations that make a difference, we believe in giving back to the region that supports us.
