Women In Civil
Our Managing Director, Vinesa Walker is an active member of the CCF women in Civil steering Committee and she continually promotes the employment of women in civil construction
At present we have three female plant operators on our team and we actively encourage women to apply for roles with A1 Earthworx.
Civil construction is a rewarding and accessible career for women and we welcome interest from all women who are seeking a career in civil construction.
